Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Maestro/Switch/Electron/Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
In the event that any items are out of stock we will not charge for them and they will not be placed on back order.
We will endeavour to call you on the contact number you provide to let you know what is unavailable.


Delivery Schedule
We pride ourselves on our delivery speed and will normally send your order within 24 hrs .


Back Orders
If item is not in stock, we will not back order for you.


Tax Charges
All the prices quoted within this site include 20% VAT.


Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within 10 working days. Under these circumstances the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges occurred by the customer.

Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in mutually beneficial manner.

Missing or faulty items must be repotred within 7 days or receipt of order
